I’m affectionately known as Yanny — a professional, educated, well-rounded stylist with over 20 years of experience in healthy hair care and beauty services. My goal is to provide every client with a healthy, beautiful, enjoyable crown experience while promoting hair health and wellness at all times. I take pride in professionalism, respect, punctuality, and quality service. In return, I ask all clients to carefully review the policies below before booking to ensure a smooth experience for us both. These policies have been put in place for us to have smooth operation and to have everything in writing at your disposal. 📌 Please note: Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🛑 BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY 🛑 Please be CERTAIN of your appointment before booking. • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE • Deposits are due the SAME DAY your appointment is requested • Appointments can not be booked without deposit you will be prompted via submission of appointment request 💰 All service prices are accurately posted on the booking site at all times. 📍 Standard deposits are $20 for services under $150.00, for services above $151.00 your deposit is $40 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚩 SQUEEZE-IN , LAST-MINUTE & MOBILE APPOINTMENTS 🚩 • A $50 convenience fee applies to ALL squeeze-in, last-minute an mobile appointments (Any appointment not available through regular booking) also, applies to ALL appointments requested within 24 hours — NO EXCEPTIONS. ✨ To avoid additional fees, please book in advance. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏰ LATE POLICY Late-fee is priced equivalent to your service deposit. After 15 mins late with no contact, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or fail to communicate may be blocked from future booking. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📢 IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION 📍 If you have any problematic areas, previous color, excessive shedding, damage, sensitivity, or concerns — PLEASE contact me immediately before your appointment. Lack of communication may affect both timing and pricing. 📢 Natural hair clients are encouraged to contact me directly with any questions or concerns before booking. 📍 Please review all service details and inclusions by clicking the (ℹ️) icon beside your selected service. 📍 NO style prepping. If braid-downs or prep work are left unfinished for home completion, the FULL service price still applies. 🚫 NO extra adult guests or children who are NOT being serviced. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💳 PAYMENT POLICY Final payments accepted via: • Cash or CashApp ~ AfterPay, Klarna and Affirm (+$10 service fee) • Debit/Credit through PayPal (+$4 processing fee) 🤝 Bartering is accepted ONLY with prior agreement BEFORE booking. Service exchange, merchandise, electronics, food, etc 📢 Payment is due: • At the MIDPOINT of adult services • At the START of services for children under 18 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🫧 SHAMPOOS & HAIR PREP Shampoos and treatments are ALWAYS available but I highly recommended you to add during booking. If it is NOT added you are expected to arrive to your appointment with clean, detangled hair.
